Client Experience
As a result of participating in sessions with me you will experience:
Being understood and supported – my caring and empathic approach enables clients to feel at ease.
Focus on core issues – I am passionate about guiding clients to transform aspects of their lives through personal growth. I do this by working collaboratively using both our strengths, skills and expertise.
Nudges or subtle/small shifts – whether it’s about what you discover about yourself, how we work together might change how you make sense of it or how it affects you.
Therapeutic Approach
All Psychologists and Counsellors are different and vary from one another. I am client and family centred and come from an ecological systems ethos. This means that I understand my clients and their situations in relation to several other key factors or influences happening around them.
I’m inquisitive and curious yet serious and purposeful.
