Client Experience
I work with my clients in a manner that allows them the space they need to express their concerns, fears, ambitions, and selves in a way that may not always be accessible to them in their daily lives.
The idea of each session is to have clients leave the room with something to take away that might offer something of value to them in any shape or form.
Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative counselling approach that allows me to work with clients with varying needs by bringing together all theoretical and practical experiences available to me.
Almost like mixing together all the different elements of different counselling approaches to find what fits each client the best.
Background
My training in the counselling field began as a student counsellor for university students, followed by a clinical psychology placement that brought me face-to-face with war survivors and migrants.
Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work in community based settings as a mental health worker, before shifting my focus on counselling and psychotherapy, wherein my training and student placement was within the trauma and bereavement space.

Qualifications
I have received my Bachelor in Arts in Psychology in India, where I also completed a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.
In Australia, I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, followed by a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Edith Cowan University.
I currently hold a membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation Of Australia.
