At Vision Counselling, we aim to provide a supportive experience for all clients. These terms ensure we can maintain a high standard of care and availability.
At a glance
- Your first appointment is confirmed with payment at booking.
- Future appointment fees are processed 1 business day prior.
- Please give at least 1 business day’s notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments incur the full session fee.
1. Appointments & Payments
- Initial Appointment: Your first session is confirmed only upon payment at the time of booking.
- Subsequent Appointments: To streamline your care, payment details are securely stored. The full session fee is automatically processed 1 business day prior to your appointment.
- Reminders: You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior, and 1 day prior to your appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 1 business day’s notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
3. Telehealth & Flexibility
If you are unwell or unable to attend in person, we are happy to transition your session to Telehealth (video or phone) at your scheduled time.
4. Rebates & Referrals
- Medicare Rebates: Only apply to Individual appointments with a Psychologist or Social Worker under a valid Mental Health Care Plan. Medicare rebates are not applicable to Relationship services.
