Our Fees and Payment Process

Our Fees

Please contact us to ensure that you receive our current schedule of fees for counselling or psychology.

Your Initial Appointment

Your first appointment is confirmed with payment at the time of booking.
You will need to provide your debit card or credit card details.
You will receive an email receipt and an email confirmation within 1 business day.

Your Subsequent Appointments

A payment to confirm a your appointment is required 1 business day prior to your appointment.

You will receive an SMS and email reminder 3 days prior to your appointment.

Please note that confirmation payment will be processed 1 business day before your appointment unless you have contacted admin to reschedule.

What if I cancel my appointment?

We understand that there may be reasons why you may need to change your appointment time.

We just ask that you understand that our therapists have set aside an hour of their time for you and that you give us at least 1 business days notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not turn up for an appointment and you do not contact admin 1 business day prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment.

In the event that you receive a COVID-19 positive test result or you are required to isolate as you are a close contact of a COVID-19 positive case, your appointment will be automatically switched to a telehealth appointment.
