Position Available – Psychologist
Opportunities north and south of river.
Offices located in Midland and Rockingham.

Key responsibilities
- Providing psychological services to a variety of clients including private (individuals and couples), corporate, people with a disability (and their families and carers)
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Maintaining high quality case notes, individual plans and client records
- Managing and facilitating client referrals
- Managing online calendar
Qualifications and experience
Essential
- Must be caring, compassionate and client centred
- Ability to really connect with people
- Eligibility to provide psychological therapy services under Medicare
- Strong communication skills – verbal, non-verbal and written
- Ability to communicate professionally and concisely with GPs
- Professional presentation
- Ability to self-manage
- Accurate record keeping ability
- Knowledge of community resources and strong networking skills
- Work within Vision Counselling and Psychology’s ethos and values system
- A passion for and belief in the counselling and psychology profession
- Must possess ABN or prepared to obtain one
- Member of a professional body
- Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
Desirable
- Experience working with different age groups
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Experience working in the disability industry
Salary and benefits
