What It's Like Working With Me
Most times people can resolve difficulties on their own and find a way forward. However, there can be times when an issue that is difficult to resolve and continues persist, it is at these times when talking to someone can helpful in obtaining a resolution and moving forward.
It takes courage to seek support, especially when something has been difficult for a while. I aim to offer a supportive, non-judgemental and strengths-based space where you can feel heard, respected and accepted.
Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the process. I value building trust and a genuine therapeutic relationship, so you can feel comfortable talking openly and working through what is happening at a pace that suits you.
