Samhitha has a strong focus on creating a relaxed environment for clients through the practice of mindfulness. She also has a special interest in catering to adolescent needs and supporting them in navigating though life’s challenges.

Samhitha believes that counselling is a collaborative process and treatment will be tailored to client’s need, desire, and therapy goals. Samhitha ensures that clients feel heard, respected, and cared for.
